About Us

In Merriam-webster dictionary, hearth is a noun and refers to brick, stone, or concrete area in front of a fireplace or the floor of a fireplace. It often serves as the center of a home, one that provides warmth and light, food and protection to us.
In many ways, we see individuals’ life journeys as a process of “homecoming”, where we seek to return to the essence of who we are, what we represent and how we relate to ourselves and others from our core inner SELF.
To do this, we need a warm, safe and nurturing home as a ‘secure base’ from which we explore these journeys.
Inspired by the metaphorical significance of the word Hearth, we decided to name our practice after this, to signify our commitment in creating a safe, warm and nurturing therapeutic space for our clients in their healing journeys.
Why Hearth?
The name HEARTH came to us in a serendipitous way. It is a constellation derived from the words Heart and Earth.
As we ponder over the word Heart and Earth, we notice how both words comprise of the same alphabets.
This was when we became curious with the word "HEARTH" and search into its meaning.

hearth (noun)
/hɑːθ/ or ˈhärth (sounds like haath)
